About Delphis Financial Strategies Inc.

At Delphis Financial Strategies Inc. (Delphis) we provide part-time and interim Chief Financial Officer (CFO) services to organizations that do not require full-time senior financial staff, and deliver consulting services to assist and guide our clients -strategically or operationally- to improve their value through solid financial management.

Our objective is to assist our clients achieve clear business outcomes and improve their business condition.

Our work is collaborative, involving client management, personnel and resources and the transfer of skills to the client. We work against specific objectives with clearly-established outcomes and timing, contributing to client business goals.

Our services span from one-time interventions to long-term contractual arrangements where we work with clients on a continuous basis as their CFO resource.

MISSION STATEMENT
The mission of Delphis Financial Strategies is to improve the business condition of its clients, primarily by providing financial management and consulting services. By creating collaborative relationships with its clients and identifying mutual objectives, Delphis identifies, recommends and/or implements frameworks, policies, best practices and action items that will improve business condition and create the value sought by its clients.

We establish collaborative partnerships with our clients which lead to value-creation for their organizations. We do not undertake projects that will not contribute to the creation of value for our clients.

WE MAXIMIZE IMPROVEMENTS TO THE CLIENT'S CONDITION, NOT BILLABLE TIME.
In order to have a collaborative relationship where our clients feel free to call at any time, we do not base our fees on a time and materials basis. In our experience, an hourly rate system creates situations where clients hesitate to call for help and consultants try to maximize their billable time. Our fees are set as a function of the value our intervention generates to the client, not of the time involved in achieving the agreed outcomes.

At all times, we maintain an objective view of our client's operations, corporate objectives and identified strategies. We do not fall prey to hidden agendas or self-preservation tactics.
